I subscribed to http://www.bestrussiantv.com/ few weeks ago. So far it worked great for watching Russian TV on computer. The service was down for several hours couple times, but overall it's pretty reliable.
I am still trying to find a good way to get streaming working on TV without a computer, but this is a different topic.
