Am I the only one who finds it hard to look at it?

I really don't understand whether it's a new forum or my habit to look at the old one? Please respond! I hope I am the only one.

Yes, I do not like many things as well.  Multiple suggestions were made during testing, and we are patiently waiting for them to be implemented.  Default font size being just too small and literally hurting eyes is among the biggest concerns.  Admin has a long list of useful suggestions.

most of the stuff i'll get used to, but have not complained yet since I haven't had time to learn how to use/navigate the new site.  So I was thinking maybe its me.

2 top concerns (and maybe they have already been covered) : 

1)I have poured years of my life, blood, sweat, and tears in here, making pointless arguments, useless observations, and torturing you all with my bad humour.  I do not see any of these discussions in the sections unless i search for them by keywords.  Where are they?

2)What happened to the text formatting?   Especially in posts that were made in the old forum.  Everything is one paragraph, including the signature.   If 1 or 2 people actually read my posts before, now its zero.  James Bond actually has an excuse now to reply to straw men in our disagreements!

The most common complain is the font size and I will try to address it as soon as possible.

Egor, to address your concerns:

1. All the posts are there, but by default only the last 2 months of posts are visible per Forum.  You can easily change it on the bottom of the screen and save as default.
2. The formatting of the old posts was not transferred.  I will review the data and see if there is a relatively easy way to address this issue.

Ya, the font issue is the biggest problem.

Everything else we will get used to. I mean c'mon, most of us used old forum for years, that's why change hurts....

Get with the program people, it's American way, throw away old, get with the new !

I also wish Active Topics would look more like Recent Topics on the old forum. I liked that threads were categorized by forums and that topic authors were visible.

yep agreed, don't like the new format. especially the active topics page, it needs to function like the old one did. and how do i make it default to just show me the "new since last time"  and "new for the past 2 months". and it would be nice to have the topics separate by section like they used to be...

The font issue should be resolved now.  If you think the font is too small or too large, you can modify it from Site Settings under your profile.

No, no, no!!!  I still think the new forum is fantastic!  A few issues here and there, but it will be fixed in time, I am sure.
The display of threads could benefit from adding some information, like the orginal poster, number of views etc.  But otherwise IMHO it is a welcomed change.

Agree...  on all counts. 

The ease of posting photos is my favorite of the new things.  I was able to paste a whole article, complete with photos and captions, in one motion.

Kostya, thank you for fixing the font size.  I was worried I'd have to get bifocals.
